Most of the time we don’t realize how much of our thoughts are associated with past events or things that have not happened yet. These thought patterns reflect that we are often consumed with ideas that are out of our control. Accept and forgive yourself for your past mistakes and practice being present in the moment. There is no point in stressing about things you cannot change.
